President Buhari Honours Grandma who Donated N1m to Him

 The 95-years-old woman, who donated the sum of N1 million to President Muhammadu Buhari during his campaign was granted the privilege of sitting beside important dignitaries during the president’s inauguration.

Recall that in February, news circulated that Hajiya Fati, an old woman in Koko local government area of Kebbi State, donated her life savings, the sum of N1m to the Buhari support organisation ahead of the 2015 presidential election.

The donation according to Leadership, was given to Muhammadu Buhari, during one of his campaigns to the state.
Hajiya Fati said her natural likeness for Buhari, whom she described as an honest, principled and God-fearing gentleman necessitated her in lending her financial support to his campaign team.

Because of her rare kindness, she was allowed to sit beside notable dignitaries, both foreign and national during the Buhari’s inauguration ceremony.
Apart from her financial contributions to his campaigns, Hajiya Fati, has also succeeded in converting many supporters of Peoples Democratic Party to join the All Progressives Congress in the state.
